A clear view of the assumptions.
USD estimates before taxes, costs, losses, reserve adjustments and contract deductions. Markup is percentage points above pass-through costs, not the merchant total processing rate. Per-transaction revenue is net processor markup. The split applies to these two revenue streams. Month 0 is today. Each later month applies attrition to the prior portfolio, then adds new merchants; all remaining and new merchants contribute a full month. Fractional merchants represent expected portfolio size. Volume, transaction count, pricing and split stay constant. Annualized income is that month multiplied by 12; cumulative income sums months 1 through the selected month. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed earnings.
